Position OverviewWe are seeking a motivated and skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with State Farm, possess excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and be passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat in both English and Spanish.
  • Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information regarding State Farm products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Stay updated on State Farm policies, procedures, and product offerings.
Qualifications
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
  • Previous experience working with State Farm is REQUIRED.
  • Strong customer service skills and a commitment to helping others.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and customer service software.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

This is a remote position.

Compensation $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
